We did secret santa and i got my best friend. our limit is $50 and i already went over, i got a personalized picture frame and a vera bradley bag. i want to make something cute for her i was thinking a recipe in a jar or something? those are cute.a lot of people have asked this and peopel usually say bake something but im baking all of my friends christmas cookies so dont suggest recipes please or picture frames cause i already got her one!anything that i can make myself that she will like! thanks! Back to top Kitty39 Yahoo User Posted: Sun Dec 23, 2007 12:36 pm    Post subject: Spiced Tea2 Cups Tang1 Cup Sugar3/4 Cup Instant Tea2 Scoops Lemonade Mix Optional: 1 Tsp Cinnamon1 Tsp ClovesPlace all the ingredients in a sealable container. Shake vigorously. Mix to suit your tastes - I use one Lemonade scoop for a tea glass. Can be served hot or cold. (or 2 Tblsp. per cup of boiling water, or can be heated up in microwave).I have gifted these in fruit jars (or any other glass jar) with a circle of fabric large enough to cover the lid placed over the lid, and tied on with a 1/4 in. Wide fabric ribbon bow. I would use a saucer or some other round dish as a pattern. If you have pinking shears, it makes a nice edge, but it is OK plain edge too. You could write the recipe on a card to go with it....OR NOT--up to you!! There may be some that she doesn't already have and there may be some that have those make you laugh memories. I know when I was 17 my friends and I had a bunch of songs that would make us laugh because it reminded us of a fun time we had.Have A Very Merry Christmas! Back to top
