Since my fiance's mother passed, the childs mother wont let him see his son, his child support is current, they never have been married. he calls her house and she hangs up, she is married with 2 other children, this has been going back and forth when she is having a good day he can see his son, when she isnt he cant see his son. Christmas was the last straw, she said he couldnt come over at all. not even to get his gifts. We dont have a lot of money so we are trying to avoid getting a lawyer. if anyone has any answers let me know? thanks in advance.

He doesn't need an attorney. Go to the courthouse and thepeople there will tell you what to do.

You can probably go to court and get paperwork to file yourselves - but you'd have to go down to your local courthouse and ask them what to file. Some attorneys will give you a free consultation, so they may be able to steer you in the right direction on getting the paperwork filed - check your yellow pages phone book because it will say in there if they give a free consultation. good luck.
