I got a Christmas gift from boss that has cheeses in it I'm not used to using. Pretty much I usually only use shredded cheese to put on a salad or taco, and sliced cheese for sandwiches. In the package are round packages, and rectangular blocks of;'smokey bar''gouda cheese''butterkase''chedam'How do I use these? With crackers? And if so, what crackers would you suggest?Any helpful feedback would be appreciated.Sincerely,Cheese ignoramus

All are best eaten on crackers of all types, or rolls by pinching off a piece of roll and putting a cut piece of cheese on it. We like our gift cheeses cut on the thin side.

Have a snack supper or lunch.....thinly slice the cheese....I usually like whole grain crackers...nice crunch with the smoothness of the cheese...yum! Let cheese set out for a few minutes to adjust temp...helps develope the flavor of the cheese...I'd have this with some olives, tiny sweet pickles...maybe a dab of mustard to add zip....hope you enjoy them.
