Try Myer or DJs.They are all over australia so people out of town can easily access your registry from their local store as the registries are centralised and accessable everywhere. They also have a wide range of products in lots of price ranges so you have a greater chance of putting things on there that others can afford and would be willing to buy for you.For the more tech savvy guests these registries can also be logged into online if you choose that option.Another option would be Freedom Furniture (limited in choice of gifts) or Flight Centre (for a honeymoon registry where guests buy part of your flights, a night of accomodation or an activity at your destination)

Many stores have both in-store and on-line registeries that work together. People can shop either way from the same list.

Hi thereMaybe you can ask a westpoint shopping centre (eg penrith plaza) if they have a bridal registry. it would give people a range of stores to choose from other than myer and david jones.. hopes this helps and good luck!
