Small clocks, possibly with a message engraved. They're good for men or women. There's lots out there, I found this one right away after googling "small gift clock."http://www.giftsforprofessionals.com/92539700-8118.html(Oddly enough though, don't give them to Chinese business-people, apparently giving clocks can be considered bad luck. Go figure.)

Well, for business gifts, it's always best to go for functionality. This doesn't mean you'll give your colleagues staplers. Personalized knick-knacks often do the trick. If you need ideas, visit: http://www.executivegiftshoppe.com/.

Gift cards to like office max or office depot where you can get a whole bunch of office or business nicknacks. with gift cards, i bought myself a pretty nice laptop bag, a clock, ink for my printer, and a whole bunch of little stuff i use on a daily basis for work. so if you don't want to shop online, you can always go to office max or office depot and find something.

The Sharper Image is too expensive. Try getting gift cards to Staples or a laptop computer.
