| gift cards are actually the best thing to get.... i got two potties,three tubs,and five bouncers. I had a registry to but some people dont always buy from the registry and their out and see something they would like and just buy it.. so giving the giftcard would make sure u didnt get anything anyone else got and when the shower is over the mom to be can see what she didnt get and just buy it with that gift card.. i had to sell the extra thing and got money for it anyway.so just give the money on a gift card. i would of been 100% happy if thats what everyone did. |

| the best gifts that i got was diapers, get all different sizes. it was a great help. |

| GIFT CARD!! Especially since you don't really know her. It's so not tacky anymore to give cards. I still tend to give one even if I get something else. Since they don't expire, she could save it for later after the babies have outgrown all the newborn stuff. I would suggest a gift card for $25-50 and possibly matching onsies that say something cute on them. Just include the gift slip if you do get something not on the list...even if it is on the list! Sometimes the cashiers don't take it off! Good luck! |

| Gift cards are not tacky at all...even if you do know the person!!! She can go get what she likes that way... I'd say get like a $20 gift card for each twin along with a package of huggies premie diapers with the umbilical cord undercut. Since they are twins they will most likely be born early, and they will definately be smaller so premie diapers would fit perfect...or if you like you can go to babies r us and get them the onesie they have that says "if you think i'm cute you should see my twin" ...they usually have cute things for twins... But if it's a gift card you don't have to worry about them not liking it, and im sure she'll love diapers... i know i did, you can never have too many! |
