I am not aware of any significance of the umbrella for valentines day, but February 10th is umbrella day. Being a pink umbrella, it may be a breast cancer awareness premium. My husband buys this type of stuff for me to remind me to take care of myself. He encourages all precautions and supports the cause because of his love for his mother, sisters and also me. This is all I can tell you.
