| We are talking 1965. They didn't make as big of a deal as they do now. I got some money from my grandparents and parents and a few small gifts like a cute plaid purse with matching scarf that was really popular back then and a beach towel and some art supplies. |

| For both high school and college graduation, my parents had a HUGE party for me from which I obtained a lot of gift cards and cash. My parents bought me a diamond cocktail ring that I will always cherish as a reminder of my college graduation. |
