Christians - The Baptism in the Holy Spirit?

Could the Baptism in the Holy Spirit be what the Church needs in order for the bride to be prepared for the Grooms return?Now, for those who believe that they recieve the baptism of the Holy Spirit when they put their faith in Jesus for Salvation consider this scripture and understand that Jesus is speaking to those who are already followers(Christians).Acts 1:4 Once when he was eating with them, he commanded them, “Do not leave Jerusalem until the Father sends you the gift he promised, as I told you before. 5 John baptized with water, but in just a few days you will be baptized with the Holy Spirit.”
