|
| I want give my daughter a graduation gift that she can remember. I want to send her away to another courntry to volunteer. There are a lot of nice sites such as globalvolunteers and others but most required the volunteers to be 17 unless accompanied by a family member. I want her to explore on her own something I wish I had when I was that age. She loves African animals and would like to work with kids too. Can anyone point me to a web site that will accomdate her 17 alone? |

| Look into young adult tours or teen tours designed for older teens. They are chaperoned. |

| I do not know exactly what web site you have to go or see to accommodate your 17 y/o daughter alone. For my own opinion, why let your own daughter travel alone when you can tag along to the ride of her life. Being 17 is not going to be permanent, we only be 17 once in our life, don't you think it is much better spending those precious moment with her, don't you think? That letting her spend those moment alone in a far flung countries away from you for me is unacceptable. So why not accompany your own daughter to the trip to the African continent and have a grand good time. |
