My boss wants me to find a gift for our clients. One in particular is a millionaire real estate investor. He did not give me any details on the person and he wants it to be something memorable. Does anyone have any ideas? Money is no object in this purchase but I don't know what to do.I don't know the guy's name or any of his interests. All I know is what is stated above. So I don't know what to do. I'm a little intimidated by my boss and he's busy right now.

Missy Miss - giving Corporate gifts is always a problem. You want to give something personal without it being TOO personal. In terms of the real estate investor, does he have any hobbies (like golf)? If yes, get him something to do with his hobby.Does he have a favorite sport or sports team? Get him something autographed by the team or one of the players.Does he have a favorite restaurant or food? Give him a gift certificate for dinner or arrange to have a dinner prepared by the restaurant for him at his home. Have fun...I love to SHOP with other people's money!

If he is a millionaire real estate investor, I'm sure you can do a search on his name on the internet and find out something about him. Like if he likes golf or fancy cars or something. Once you get an idea of what he likes, go for a classy something or other that is monogrammed with his initials.

I have been tasked to select corporate gifts for our rich clients/contacts for over 15 years now. For me, the "safest" gift (and most appreciated) would be a Cross (or any high-end brand) pen with his/her name engraved on it.

Did he give you a price range? I think a gift certificate to a nice restaurant is pretty universally liked. Anything too personal like a laptop case etc is difficult due to idiosyncratic tastes.MeditatorThank You Gifts for Clientshttp://www.outside-the-box.net
