So my friends bachlorette party is tomorrow night and i have no clue what to wear. We are meeting at a girlfriends house and going to a wine bar and then back to the house again. Not sure what the plans are from there. I am not a big wine person so i have never been to a "wine bar" what should i wear? I was thinking jeans and a cute top...any suggestions? Thanks for your help. The theme is Lingerie. We all got her lingerie as gifts.

Just to be on the safe side, since you don't know what the plans are from there, I'd wear a pair of slacks and a cute top and a pump. The top could be something that would go with either slacks or jeans so you can bring a pair of jeans to change into if you guys are going anywhere else so that you could be comfortable.

ask around! ask what everyone else is wearing, then go from there. If all else fails, you could wear jeans/nice pants and a nice shirt.

I think that nice, dark-wash jeans with some heels or boots (or dressy flats would be okay too) and a cute top (not a tee shirt) would be nice. A pair of khakis or black slacks would be a little safer (since you don't know if the bar is upscale or not) and still easy to wear. Or use it as an excuse to wear that cute pencil skirt or whatever. And even though you didn't ask... if you're not really into wine but still want to drink it, I'd recommend white. Better for partying as it won't stain your teeth like red. If you normally like sweet beverages, ask for a Riesling or Pinot Grigio...Have fun!!!
