Me and my boyfriend have been together for about a year and he's turning 22 really soon. I have no idea what to get him, my budget is limited and CD's, clothes, tickets, wine, and cologne wont work--he's got all that. He's in the marines and just got back from Iraq...i dunno if that helps, but any good ideas?

A scrap book of you and him maybe? Maybe get him a customized compass with yours and his name imprinted on the back,or a swiss army knife with his name of it. Things like that? Hope it helps

try to get him something that reminds him of home or where he's from. thats a tough one, but maybe u could do an experience gift. aka take him somewhere fun (fun, not romantic) and give him a sexy surprise at home after. or maybe u could pay for him to have a fun night out with his buddies. he may be sick of them from being deployed tho. hmm, maybe something for his car?

Posters make good gifts. Guys like cars, sports. You could find a poster of his favorite football team at http://www.viewposters.netThere are many categories such as basketball, football, baseball, art, music, movies, nature... There should be something that he likes.I would personally like a humor poster so i can smile everyday Smile

Have you ever considered giving him a handmade portrait or painting of yourself – in your most cute appearance? You can select a suitable photo and then send it to http://www.paintyourlife.com and they will create a wonderful portrait out of it – on oil, pencil, charcoal or on canvas. Try it out! It doesn’t cost much. If you are looking for an affordable gift urgently, the same company also has a studio for oil paintings reproductions. So, visit them at http://www.photo-print-on-canvas.com and take a look at their 'stock on sale'.

I’ll have to suggest www.creanta.comThey turn any image, including your favorite photograph into an amazing and affordable hand made painting. Maybe one of him in his marine uniform? What I liked of them is that they at reeeeaally good at capturing the physical likeness. Not to mention very, very affordable. I was very impressed with the results. In addition to portrait paintings they also do paintings of pets, landscapes and anything that means something to you (like your first car, favorite vacation spot, etc). They’re the nicest people… because I was late with my friend’s gift, they even hand made a custom card to notify her that a special gift was coming her way. I highly recommend them.Best wishes!!
