| hello,Who could tell me what kind of housewarming gift I should get for a stutent of mine who just moved with her family to a new location in Singapore ? She's chinese and I would like something special. In Europe flowers will be appropriate, but I'm not sure that'll work with chinese and I don't want to make a mistake.Thank you a million for any help you could give me !Cheers |

| I recommand as follows:a) Suntory Whisky from Japan -- Chinese people like thatorb) Chocolate truffles from Belgium orc) classical CD from a German composerord) 2, 6 oder 8 cups (not 4 !!!!) with the emblem from your university or from Singapore Very important:Wrap your gift in a red or golden paper. |

| Put some money in a red packet. You will never go wrong this way. Only even numbers. For example $2 no $4. 4 is unlucky. $10 $20 something like that. You don't give odd numbered amounts. Its not auspious |
