| Somewhere around 2 or 3 -- in other words, old enough to talk. And of course, you would have to have money. |

| There is no age limit on who can buy or use a Visa gift card. Click on the link below on places where you can buy one. If you plan to use it online, make sure you register it with the card issuer before, otherwise it may be rejected online.All the best. |
