| I'm not getting married until November, but I would like to know around when did you see gifts being bought off your registry? Was it near your bridal shower time, or before? Just curious. |

| As the wedding or a shower gets closer you'll see more gifts showing up as bought on your registry. It's also diffucult to tell sometimes, people forget to say they're buying a gift off of a registry if they don't ask for help when they walk in the door. |

| I actually had more people buy things off the registry in the month after the wedding. Peaple just sent gifts in the mail. I recieved so many envelopes of money though, have someone make sure to watch your gift table! I had a friend that only got money for her wedding, and only a few things from the registry. So don't be dissapointed, she even had 320 guests. |

| Christmas ’05 and I got married in Sept ’06. I’d like to thank the friend who told me to register before Christmas! In all honesty though, stuff wasn’t flying off the registry until a few weeks before the wedding. |

| i'm getting married august 2 and i haven't seen anything yet. I'm assuming once the invitations for the wedding and showers are out then i'll see something. |

| Things started coming off my registry about a week after the shower invitations went out. They really started disappearing about a week before the shower though. I would check (I know..that's bad, but I couldn't help myself) and I could literally watch items being purchased as I looked. |
