In case you are wondering my boyfriends b-day is in 2 months July 5th, and he's going to be 17, I start planning for it early because I don't want to be getting things in the last minute because I want to surprise him with gifts and stuff. I'm 16 but I work hard and save up a lot of money just so he can have a good birthday present, Valentines day present, and Christmas present. Don't get me wrong, I save up for myself and other important things but I save up for him too, and I want to spend as much as I can for him seeing as though it's his 17th birthday. what should I get or do for him? My mom is going to let me see him for his birthday so I don't want to be empty handed lol

hmmm....i think its really sweet that you work hard to save money..Now for the present, while reading your question the first idea that came into my head, was a watch, but (i dunno if you can get this done, from where you are) get his name or something engraved on the back... Or something from the heart is nice. My ex-boyfriend photo shopped a photo of us for my birthday, it had a really sweet poem in it, and in the back was a letter saying how much he loved me..Anyway so yeah, sorry if the watch isn't the best..hope it goes OKxx

the gift supposed to be original so he never could think of it. You try to remember the things when you were with him what he was going to buy or what he likes very much but could not handled himself. then you will get something, I wish I have this kind girlfriend who will try to make me happy, good luck!!!

This might sound childish, but I got my boyfriend a Lego Technic truck for his 17th birthday. He absolutely loved it! We spent a few good hours building it together and it still wanst done. Total it took about 8 hours. But that's just my boyfriend...It depends what he likes. Dont just get him "regular" things. It depends what he is into. You can also plan a really great birthday full of sruprises for him. July has great weather, so an entire day at the beach along with a picnic maybe? Or just hide presents here and there and get him to find them...Best of luck.

How about if you make a paper with clip art and write your birthday gift is a fun day with your (your name) First we'll go to the movies to see ---------, then to eat at ----------. Or you can make it ice cream and a movie. Or if you have a place to race go Karts maybe that and lunch. You can print it and roll it like a scroll, with a ribbon, maybe tie a key chain on the ribbon. When you make the paper, and you write an outing with me.. instead of your name you can insert a picture of you. If you say ice cream, put a pic of ice cream also. If you say lunch, then maybe find clip art of that restaurant and use that. The more unique you make it the more he'll remember it.
