We have a rooftop patio and would like to put a grill down on our gift registry list but we don't know which way to go on this. Charcoal is the only way to go...gives you that true outside grilled BBQ flavor. If you are going to cook over gas you might as well cook inside your kitchen. No different. I would check on that law and if it's ok go charcoal for sure.
