A baby born on Christmas..?

My husband and I have a child that was born on Christmas Day; to celebrate Matthew uniquely and apart from Christmas, we celebrate his half birthdays on June 25th. So far, this is working out well. There's always a birthday cake on Christmas as well as Christmas presents; but the second batch of presents at half-time has been a way to ensure the child is not missing out on having a unique celebration, just like other children. My first was born on the 4th of July; his birthdays always include fireworks and that, he doesn't mind. -Maria
