Our friends have a one month old and just sent out an announcement that they're ready for visitors. Since we've already given gifts at baby shower, birth, etc, we'd like to bring a gift for the new parents (their first child). What's something that new mommies and daddies would appreciate or really need? Even just a haircut,manicure or pedicure would do!! But I'm sure anything you do for her she would appreciate. Diapers are always a plus! Maybe a gift card for them to have a romantic dinner... Or offering to come over and help her with some chores or washing the babys clothes. or helping with something they weren't able to get to before the baby came! Good luck!to the poster a few above... LOL- I would have to suggest that you get them gift cards....I know this may sound plain...but when I had my baby they really cam in handy when I needed that last minute "thing" I forgot to get...
