| So I ordered my gifts for my groomsmen, glass steins with their intials engraved in them, and our toasting flutes which are personalized for our wedding. I ordered them on April 28th and they still haven't been shipped. My wedding is the 31st!I was wondering if anyone else has ordered something personalized from them and how long did it take? Second, anyone know of a way to contact them? I haven't had any luck finding any contact info! |

| I have been using Oriental Trading for about 20 years. My most recent purchase I ordered the wedding pencils including engraving with no problems. If you can't reach anyone by calling the 1-800-875-8480 look on your confirmation pages you should have received when you placed the order, if you ordered on line you should have received an email with this information. I receive emails constantly from them and the number above is the number I use. I have included their link for tracking orders, and a link for contacting them by email. The second link will guide you for immediate information about your order. On their main web page it has a link to take you to their tracking orders.I wish you luck. |

| Haven't gotten personalized stuff from them, but the one time I had a question, I emailed them and got a reply within an hour!Service and goods from them have always been wonderful!Phone them -- you should have asked how long it would take - you were cutting it pretty close as it was!Good luck. |
