We have no idea what to get our dad for father's day! -our budget is $40-he doesn't need tools of any kind-he already has most electronic things: an mp3 player, a TV, a radio, a cellphone, etc.-he doesn't like lots of sweets (besides, he's watching his weight)-we don't have much time to MAKE a gift because of finals and other crazy end-of-the-year schedulesany ideas would be appreciated (and a link to a website that carries the item would be nice too!)Smile

put together a small photo album of pics of you and your Dad and other family members and write happy memories on the opposite page or even a sweet note to Dad. I made my Dad one and he loved it. I have a digital camera and after he opened I had my mom take our pic and put it on the last page . you can see his eyes watering!!

The photo album is a great idea. My kids have also made CD's of their dad's favorite songs, created a special Father's Day picnic menu, and prepared a "This is Your Life" Daddy's Day Edition with special memories about themselves! You don't have to spend a lot of money to make your Dad feel special!

Does he like sports? If so, go to The SporTees. They've got lots of sports-themed gifts. Just use their search to find whatever sport he likes. They have t-shirts, boxers, coffee mugs....

Hi, it would be nice to know what he LIKES...but that's ok. I suggest amazon.com's father's day section. They have a lot of good ideas and a lot of affordable gifts. Here is the link:http://www.amazon.com/gp/redirect.html?ie=UTF8&location=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.amazon.com%2Fb%3Fie%3DUTF8%26node%3D13663671%26pf%5Frd%5Fm%3DATVPDKIKX0DER%26pf%5Frd%5Fs%3Dcenter-0-1%26pf%5Frd%5Fr%3D0GC0QFE2AW3EPP6D5MRB%26pf%5Frd%5Ft%3D101%26pf%5Frd%5Fp%3D400562601%26pf%5Frd%5Fi%3D3375251&tag=mmbevigaotst-20&linkCode=ur2&camp=1789&creative=9325

I have provided a link to a place that specializes in low priced personalized gifts that are very nice and not cheap looking. I just placed an order for a glass plaque with a poem that I wrote and had it engraved with a picture beside it of my daughter and husband, after shipping it came out to $41
