Hi. Yes, that is a very generous gift (at least where I live it is!) I would purchase it, wrap it, and bring it to the reception!Have fun!

$100 is probably enough, unless she's your very best friend or something, in which case, $150 might be more appropriate. Many brides would rather have gifts shipped to their homes because it's less hassle for them. If you bring a gift to the actual wedding, that means someone has to keep an eye on it and transport it to the bride's house (just one more responsibility for other people, y'know?). I personally like to bring the gift to the wedding anyway, because I enjoy giftwrapping and think it shows I care enough to put forth the efforts. But having it shipped to her house is probably easier for both of you.

Send it to her home. Then she will not have to worry about transporting her gifts after the wedding.I know when my daughter got married we appreciated the gifts, but we had the task of transporting them. They were off to the Bahamas and when they got home we had a party where family and some friends were there for the opening of the gifts.Fun and memories.

Yes, that's enough. Send the gift to her house so that she doesn't have to find a way to get it back to their place after the wedding. (They'll have way more on their plates that night.)Have fun!!
