| I want to buy a Gift Card for a friend in Canada. Question is can I buy canadian gift cards using paypal. I dont want to buy on EBAY. |

| You'd need to ask each individual store from which you've considered buying the gift cards. Ask them how to do this. No one else can answer that for you, other than the stores in question. |

| If you can--- use the computer to send an e-card to your friend. Some web sites can do this for free. You can Google it. (free e-card) |
