I'm going to put a quote on there which I already have picked out.... however, I don't know how to put the year. Do I put our wedding date (i.e. 7-14-07) or our first year anniversary date (7-14-0Cool?? Any suggestions?

I would put the wedding date because that is the day that you are both going to remember

Put your wedding date, not the anniversary date. You can get watches engraved and any jewelry store, and there are also places that sell 'engraved' crystal and metal that may take the watch and engrave it. Be careful about how much you want engraved, though, since even the largest men's watch has a very small area where things can be engraved. Happy Anniversary! (My anniversary is Valentine's Day and we always go on vacation over the day, and get stuff we find in the stores there as our 'gifts' ... we've been together 11+ years and are together 'forever and beyond.'

If the quote is referring to when your world became perfect- use your wedding date.If the quote refers to everything good that has happened since you were married you can use your anniversary date- for when you presented your spouse the gift.
