My husband left for deployment 2 months after we married. So, our first year of marriage has been all about creating intimacy despite distance with webcams, racy e-mail, etc. I've already planned to take him to a resort on our first two nights of R&R, and he's aware of that. Also, racy photos and such are not necessarily the best ideas because they have pretty much been the norm during this deployment. I just want to give him something special and romantic that he doesn't necessarily have to leave behind when he goes back over there 18 days later.

sweety, if he has been gone 10 months you wont see anything but the ceiling the whole time. Don't worry, he won't leave that memory behind at all. Just be with him.

When my husband gets back from deployments or on R&R I always wore a sexy corset under my clothes that way when as soon as you got alone you had it on already. Of course it didnt stay on long. But all he is going to want to do is spend time with you. Just relax and enjoy the time that you have together, it goes sooo fast...

Maybe have a professional photograph taken of the two of you so that he could take it back with him to remember this time he had with you....Or, even have a friend or family member take a picture, but plan it so that you're dressed nicely and pick a nice background. Then have the picture enlarged a little and framed.

Meet him at the airport and when you hug him slip your panties in his hand, boy will he enjoy that.

LOL from one army wife to another...he is not going to care where ya'll are or what you are dressed in........(for the first few nights anyway).....trust me when I say he will give you the time of our life and that you will hurt in places you didnt know exsisted.......One tip .....stay away from home for a few days so the two of you can have time to bond and communicate without family and friends dropping by.

If yall are having a great time the best thing he can take with him is the memories yall will make. Also it would be cute to take pictures together since yall haven’t been together a whole lot that is something nice he can look at.
