How much is a reasonable amount to spend on a baby shower gift?

| Personally, I would say about 20 dollars if you can afford it. Since it's for your friend, I would ask what they need ( I got a bunch of the same stuff at my shower). |

| $20-$30 is average. If you have a good relationship, $50 is reasonable. |
