I would say $100 would be the minimum yet quite enough from a neighbor. Remember you will still be living next door.

If you know them very well and are on good terms with them, then I would suggest somewhere in the range of $50-$75.If you do not know them very well, then probably in the range of $20-$25. It's like a courtesy and congratulations all in one.If you're basically considered family, then I'd probably say $50-$100.
