for short on cash i always go to the anniversary table and see what this year is...i have pasted it below. if it is paper, i try to do something crafty like make a special handmade card or little certificates or coupons. it all depends on your husband what are his hobbies or likes. i sometimes isgn him up for classes or mag subscriptions. how about a romantice dinner at home the two of you and candles nice music, his fav dinner that you prepare your self. write a poem abotu the 6 years of your life, make a cd from all of your pics from the time you met to now...or whenever. good luck and have fun. sometimes it helps to go back to being a child but just putting that adult spin on it.

I am not creative or romantic, sorry. Since you don't have a lot of money to spend, that makes things harder, but cooking a meal with hes fave foods and especially items that he likes and you don't much care for would be nice----I know someone who did that once, prepared a food basket with the spouse's fave foods that the giver did not like much, and the gift was well-received.If you had a couple hundred dollars, I'd recommend a pair of Red Wing boots----they are majorly sturdy and comfortable, and have a lifetime warranty---take them to the shop for new strings, to be cleaned and oiled, and even re-soled, forever. A fine gift for a hard-working man---not too romantic, but a gift that keeps on giving. I own two pair---in fact, when my truck was stolen a couple of years ago I was annoyed, but when I realized that my Red Wings had been inside the truck I was MAJORLY angry...still am...hope this helps.

I’ll have to suggest www.creanta.comThey turn any image like your favorite photographs into a hand made painting. What I liked of them is that they at really good at capturing the physical likeness and they’re affordable too. I was very impressed with the results. Highly recommend them.Best wishes!!
