| Ok..... we will be celebrating our 16th year together this Thursday 7/17/08. Were going to celebrate it this Saturday because it's the only day we have off together. I have no idea what to get him...any ideas???????? Thanks a bunch. (Btw...it's not a wedding anniversary, we're not married yet, not til next year.) |

| An Experience will be your best bet - if you have the money, whisk him off somewhere he has never been before with you. However, if you just have the one day, you will have to stay pretty local. Get him something that he can treasure - because something for the home/music would be something for both of you since you are getting married. A ring engraved with both of your names, a necklace with a symbol representing something you have shared together would both be a nice idea. You could take him to a restaurant that he has never been before. You could make him "love coupons" - write different activities you can do together on them so he can use them whenever he wants. Buy some theatre tickets so you can go together to a show he has never been before. You could also try making him a cd of songs to show him how much you care. Any of these combined or by themselves would be a great gift. |
