| My twin's boyfriend graduates from Basic soon and she was thinking an Ipod for him to take to AIT for 9 weeks, or a portable play station. He'll have his laptop for music, but which one would be better |

| Get him a big galvanized garbage can. On the side of it paint "Alarm Clock". He'll get the joke.Kidding aside, I'd say a nintendo DS would be better than the PSP. I have both and never touch my PSP anymore. Haven't in over a year. |

| he wont have time for that stuff right away. probably the portable PlayStation. you can't leave your room with any electrical devices until he phases up at ait anyway. you have to pass you pt test and they wont let you take it for a couple of weeks after you get there. you have to leave your room in uniform and no cell phone even |

| If he has a laptop for music, then definitely the portable gaming device. an ipod is nice, but it is against army reg to have it on while in military pt uniform. |

| PSP because he can put music on that. He can also put movies and play video games. If there is wifi he can even surf the internet on it, that way he wont have to lug around his laptop. Just make sure he has a big memory card for it. |
