I'm confused. Is it your wedding or theirs? If It's your wedding they give you gifts, not the other way around..

I'm giving my FMIL a gold bracelet. The bracelet has gold starfish on it (we have a beach theme and we are decorating w/ starfish)... so she can remember our wedding when wearing it.For my FFIL, we got a scotish gold pocket watch with his initials engraved on it. It's really pretty. We spent over $400 on the parents gifts, but that the least that we can do because they have contributted a lot to make the wedding possible.Good luck

I bought my parents this really cool decanter and glass set from Bowring. My mom had seen it and mentioned how neat she thought it was. For my in-laws I got them a cool punch bowl set I thought they would enjoy.

There are very beautiful frames nowadays that are personalized for mothers and fathers. You can put a picture of your wedding in it! Cute and inexpensive.

We're giving our parents all a photo album and an 8 x 10 of us... They get to pick the photos in the album and the 8 x 10 (of course out of the selection the photographer offers them some of the photos the bride and groom get exclusively!)

One of the gifts I am giving my parents is a picture frame. I got it from Things Remembered. I simply had the following engraved "With Love, October 11, 2008. I am just going to add a picture of the family from the professional photographer on the day of the wedding. It is a gift they will cherish.

Definately agree with the picture frame idea. Or you could spash out on a really pretty photo album for them to keep images of the special day safe in.www.crystal-Jewels.co.ukhttp://groups.yahoo.com/group/Crystal_Jewels/

I am sure both sets of your parents would love something unique like a classical-looking painting or portrait handmade from their wedding photo, for instance. You can also select from their most favorite pictures. Just send the photo(s) to the professional artists at http://www.paintyourlife.com and they will do the rest for you – according to your taste! The same company also makes wonderful photo prints on canvas in various designs. Visit http://www.photo-print-on-canvas.com
