question about gift I usually give to clients at christmas.... need advice please.?

I own a small cleaning service, and each year I give a gift to one client of ours in particular. I do this because she has dealt with me while I have learned how to build my business and have made mistakes, and this office manager has always been supportive of me and keep our services. I usually give her a $60 gift certificate to a restaurant and a box of chocolates (because she loooves chocolate). I have done this same thing for the last 4 years, and I was thinking about changing it up a little this year. I was thinking of giving a gold canyon candle (they are my favorite) and a gift card to Starbucks. My question is- would you stick with the usual restaurant/chocolate gift again this year, or would you change it up? Should I still spend $60 at Starbucks if I go that route... if not, how much? (I picked $60 for a restaurant because that way she could usually go in and have dinner with her significant other and a drink- and that would normally cover it.)Any other ideas? This office I clean is home to a large (world wide) company- and they deal with high people in high places... so it's not like it's just a hole in the wall business. This palce is extremely professional!
