What to get my mom for her birthday?

My moms 45th birthday is coming up..Sept. 16th. I want to get her something she will really love. In the past I have given her gift certificates for massages and to get her hair done, comfy pajamas, photo albums, & books etc. What are some other ideas you have for a great gift. She is an AWESOME mom & deserves so much more than i can give anyway...i just want her to feel special.
