Christmas gifts for my boyfriend?!?

Okay well me and my boyfriend have been dating about 3 months and I love him so much. Yeah I know 3 months isn't a long time but we both just fell for each other very fast. Okay well I know absolutely EVERYTHING about him, seriously, EVERYTHING. I love him so much and I want to get him the perfect Christmas gift. We are both 13 years old, if that helps. I hardly ever get to see him because we live on opposite sides of town. What gifts should I get him for Christmas?? Some of the gifts seem kinda weird for a 13 y/o girl to give her boyfriend, like a blanket? That sounds weird. But it needs to be something he'll remember me by, something he'll really love. He plays hockey, lacrosse, football and baseball. What would be the perfect gifts to get him?? I want it to be something he'll really love and remember me by. I know it is only September, but if it's going to take a while to make or I have to order it or it's hard to find I need to have a while to find it/make it/order it.
