| if I were to make them say, 2 weeks before christmas. would they keep, if they were in press-n-seal wrap?thanks! |

| I wouldn't do it that far out. Technically it'll keep but I'm not sure that it'd be as gooey. I usually make mine about 3 days ahead of time. |

I don't believe so. You should maybe try keeping them for one week, otherwise they'd get stale and become crackly and hard.  |
