| I just ended things with a guy I was seeing but we are still friends. He still likes me a lot so I don't want to get him anything really romantic to give him the wrong impression; however I do want to get him something meaningful and not too generic. He got me a GREAT gift for my birthday so I kind of want to do something good as well. The only problem is that he is the type of person that when he wants something he goes out and buys it - so it really doesn't leave a lot of options. He is 27 - any creative ideas? Thank you!We have been friends for years it's not like he is just a guy I dated an now we are trying to be friends...we have been friends longer than we dated. So I don't want to throw that away - just don't want to give the wrong impression either. |

First of all he's trying to get back to you, and second if you already had moved on you should not push it along more -mix signals is bad- and just leave it as it is, a simple thank you in return is enough |

| Girl, Leave that boy alone. You don't give ex's the luxuries of an actual girlfriend. If need be call him and wish him a happy birthday. But other than that leave the gift OUT!!! |

| poor fellow....see? its girls like you who do stuff like this to men..Then when the guy gets ur wonderful present..he says "hey thanks for the present, wanna get back together?"then you say "no _____ were just friends! I only see you as a friend!"then he wonders "well why'd she get me such a great gift if she didn't want to get back together?"leave him alone, and let him enjoy his birthday. If you want to get him a gift, get him a call girl or a stripper, or sleep with him. If none of those, LEAVE HIM ALONE! |
