| I have a very dear friend i have known for like 20yrs it's his birthday soon and i was wondering if it would be ok to give a gift i was thinking of a nice writting pen now the catch here is we had an affair many years ago that lasted about 2yrs we are not in a relationship at the monent but we talk over the phone regularly and enjoy our conversations i always send him a card for his birthday but this year i would like to get him a gift ,do yo think it would be ok to do so or should i just only send a card again he does know that i'm still very fond of him but i don't want to embarress him with a gift and give him the wrong idea like i'm trying to come on to him help please. |
