Gift Ideas?! Boyfriend's Birthday AND Graduation?

So My boyfriend and I have been dating for 1.5 years and his birthday is in 7 days and his high school graduation 2 days later on the 17th. I am at a major loss with what to get him. I can do seperate gifts or a larger one for both (either is fine). I've done so many creative things already I'm kind of at a loss for what to get him. One of my ideas is gift cards...but tons to target, his favorite deli, coldstone, etc. Maybe a nice pair of aviator sunglasses (nice brands anyone?)
