| I was at a party and a ratehr wealthy person (investment guy) says that he buy like 300k of home depot credit cars at approx 60-70% of face value and then resells them at 85%. He claims to be making quite a bit of money doing this.... anyone ever hear of this? Why would home depot do this? etc... thanks |

| this is a scam - and its an illegal practice. Don't even think about getting involved in this. This is federal - and will not be pretty when he is caught. |

| If it sounds to good to be true, it probably is. I am guessing these are all stolen cards. A store is not going to give that much of a discount. But you could possibly make some money if you are willing to turn the investment guy into the FBI for selling stolen property. |

| Its illegal and the IRS is not the agency you notify on this FBI is more correct plus letting home depot know is a help as well. |
