Age appropriate books, but I suppose it would be hard to know what she already has. I would say go with the other suggestions of either a gift card or accessories to something she has.If your son is a real good friend I would not do something impersonal as a gift card, but if they are just classroom buddies a card is fine.

My standard gift when my son gets invited to parties is a $5 gift card to McDonalds/Wendys/BK or what have you. It's enough for a Kid's Meal and I've always heard back from the parents that it's well enjoyed!Plus it's affordable for me - a single mom!

Hi, how about a personalized book? Kids love to hear their own name in the storyline. Go to this website http://www.tlc-expressions.com They have lots of titles like Ballerina Princess, Little Mermaid, Beauty & the Beast, Sports titles and so many more. Check it out - they're very reasonably priced, and make a wonderful, unique & special gift... Good Luck!
