|
|
| Hey everyone - my brother-in-law turns 21 tomorrow! Hooray for him. We've become very close over the last few years (in fact, we've chosen him to be the Godfather of our baby due in July). I want to get him a cool birthday gift for his 21st. Any unique ideas out there? For the record, he's more of a beer drinker than a hard liquor/cocktail/wine drinker. |

| Well, you could get a basket and a six pack of beer, some peanuts or some pretzels or even a new movie and some popcorn? And make a little gift basket... Or, I don't know where you live but in Florida at the mall we have a Spencer's the have allot of gag gifts for people of his age. |

| How much $$ do you want to spend???? I'd say (depending on your location) take him to Vegas. If not, are there local gambling establishments around your area? Take him gambling (slots, etc) you're drinks are cheaper there. Also for fun a cute "21 kit" (contains Advil or other hang-over medicine; a t-shirt that says 'go ahead, card me'; and anything else you can think of - like 21 cans of beer). |

| I would say go with the classics and get him a drink, but to get him a gift that he will really like you should try to find a site that is related to something that he likes to do (e.g. Computers, games, things like that) and Find something that you think that he would enjoy. You can also try Sharper Image, guys love the Sharper Image. |

| A set of nice beer mugs and a six-pack of good beer. Beer of the Month Club (http://www.beermonthclub.com/)A book about the history of beer. (It doesn't have to be a boring book; a big coffee-table book with lots of pictures would be fun. If you go to Barnes and Noble and ask where the books about beer are, you'll find a treasure trove of funny, interesting books about beer.)A fun bottle openerA new Swiss Army Knife with a bottle opener as one of the featuresMore ideas: http://www.lnt.com/family/index.jsp?categoryId=1894885&sr=1&origkw=beerA nice leather walletBe sure to include a card telling him how much he's come to mean to you. |
