|
|
| i have a very large female friend who never dresses nice and i think it is because she is afraid of looking like she tried to look nice and still not looking good. i wanted to get a ice outfit for her birthday. would that send a rude message to her or would it be nice? my other thought was a gift certificate or a card with a bunc of lottery tickets/scratch cards... |

| Do you know what size she is? If not, I'd stay away from that suggestion, unless you want to gift her gift vouchers for a shop that stocks larger sizes. And tell her you'll go shopping with her. |

| I think that you should ask your friend what she feels about dressing nicer. If she doesn't like it, ask her to go on a shoppingspree for the both of you and have her try on clothes she likes, and buy some for her. that way you can see the clothes on her that you buy her and she'll be guranteed to like them =] |

| I think it would be nice to buy her an outfit and if she gets the wrong idea tell her that you got her the outfit because its her birthday and who doesn't likes to get clothes. Don't go with plan B is not a good idea. |

| I think a gift certificate for about 50$ to a high - end +-sizes store would be a good gift. I don't think she'd be offended bu=y you giving it to her for a +-sizes store, becuase it wouldn't be that nice to try to slip her into size 0 anyway. |

| okay so you never get a large woman clothes that's just that. I would get her a gift card to a clothes store that you would like her to start wearing just make sure that the clothes aren't to crazy i think she would like it and maybe get some wine or something to go with the gift card |

| Have the same problem with one of my friends so usually get her something for the home or office. Why don't you suggest exercising or joining a fitness center together and you pay for the initial fee. |
