|
|
| Here's the situation: My cousin, a 35 year old male, lives in Chicago. I live in Cleveland. Two weeks ago, he went to the Justice of the Peace with his fiance and they were married. My aunt (his mother) wants to have a reception for him in Ohio because most of my relatives live here. My cousin is a very successful business man in Chicago and has everything he needs. I have no idea what to get them as a gift. I don't know their interests, where they shop, what they like to eat. I'm not very close to my aunt and I'd feel weird asking her for a suggestion. I only want to spend $30-$40. Any gift ideas? |

| Gift cards are always best. That way you cant get the wrong thing. Give them one for amazon.com.. I know a lot of wealthy business people who frequent that site all the time. Hope that helps |

| I would give a gift card to somewhere like Target, then they can spend it on their bedroom, bathroom or clothes. |

| Go to an art gallery and purchase a one-of-a-kind piece of hand-blown art glass or pottery. A pretty glass bowl or pottery vase - as long as it's a one-of-a-kind would be a fine gift - especially for someone you don't know very well - |

| for someone that rich and this budget, you need to look for something symbolical:memories book/albumn/box...or, if you have a picture of them together, have it painted and frame it. or a nice good luck charm...a nice bird...a door mat...nice romantic CD...books |

| Give them a gift certificate to "Batteries Not Included", an adult toy store. There are a few in the Chicago area. Unless you want to buy something yourself and mail it to them. I think a nice toy would be greatly appreciate it from a newlywed couple.good luck |

| Instead of a gift certificate, you may want to purchase a bottle of champagne. They could enjoy it on their wedding night, honeymoon, or future anniversary. One of my cousins gave us a very nice bottle of champagne when we got married and we're saving it for our 10th anniversary. It was such a nice gift! |
