PLEASE HELP! e-mail for more info.please, no more asking about why she cant come to my house when my dad is there, just something that happened that made her parents not allow her around my dad so just leave it. | I think public place parties always have a special essence to them. Especially if it's a special place you share between the two of you. Tell all of your friends about it...and ask if they would be willing to chip in and help out with stuff =) |

Send a present (maybe a cool tshirt, or jewlery) at her school with ballons or flowers, with a card saying how much she means to you, that always made me feel special!

How about something at the park. Go to the $1 store & get a plastic tablecloth, streamers, paper plates & cups, and set it up on one of the picnic tables.. Bake a cake for her at home - it's cheaper than buying one from a store. You can also have chips, soda pop, sandwiches, etc.

why not set it up at like a cheap pizza place. id think they would charge you anything to put a couple of tables together. depending on whether your inviting other people it would probably still b okay!!!

You could give her a cute bunch of balloons and buy a plain iced cake then personalise it with her name and love from you?

This might be a little different then the ordinary idea but think about it :Talk to the girls mother and see if it is OK if you throw a party at her house.Choose a theme(80's, a particular movie theme, etc.)work really hard on the party to make it be one of the best birthdays of her life!

What does your friend enjoy doing? You could always take her somewhere for her favorite activity, and then out for an early supper at 5:00. I don't think 4 1/2 hours is enough time for a party because she might want some time to get ready for it too (1/2 hour-1 hour). You could always throw a party for her this weekend. That way people will be able to stay a little later. Some ideas for activities:swimmingsnorkelingfishingindoor rock climbingOr you could have her go on a scavenger hunt to find her birthday present from you (and then out to supper). That would be fun and exciting.

*Alright don't panic..Look I don't know why lately everyone thinks that they need to empty out their wallets for their friends b-days and such?!..It's silly and ridiculous!!..It's the thought that counts, and there is no need for you to totally go out of your way and spend tons of money..If you want to do something fun.......*Go to her house and have a sleepover, and do the usual sleepover gigs.*Buy her a gift card from her favorite store.*Get her a card *Take her out to lunch @:.Applebees .Red Robin.ChilisETC>...they're all pretty inexpensive restaurants w/ good food.*Go to the movies ~So I'm not sure why she isn't allowed to be around your dad? And you didn't really explain that (which is why i'm not understanding why you brought it up at all.).Either way. .That's the way it is...So yeah, just keep it simple and inexpensive..Go to Claires in the mall or something and get her some cute accessories or something......good luck.
