got christian weddings down--have no clue on catholic. participants and roles, size, ceremony, pre-wedding, reception?, formality-clothing, gifts, flowers-----you name it --no clue!! all help appreciated!!!!my family only in states except her sister---only her family and friends in Peru. what to do about best man etc on my side in catholic wedding. She does have many friends in the states.

Check with the style.com and check out whos wedding is it anyway? I am sure you will find something that will help. Also, ask someone who is Catholic or a priest, a wedding planner might help if you know someone. Bridal websites may help.

There is no difference accept for the Catholic ceremony itself, which can and often does include a mass (more formal). The rest is really no different.
