My husband would really like to go and with his birthday coming up in a couple of days I am going to get him a gift certificate. I noticed they have something called the Loyal Package. It includes Preferred seating, Knights cheering banner, Medieval Times souvenir DVD andcommemorative program for each member of the party; it costs an extra $10 per person. It is worth it?We will be going to the Toronto location.

For an extra $10, I'd say yeah. Especially if kids are going because they'll love the banners

We went to the one in Myrtle Beach and I honestly didn't want to go. I was sure I wasn't going to like, but in the end, I seriously loved it! I'd say definitely go, but we didn't have the Loyalty Package. We didnt get anything special and our seats were great....we were a little less than halfway up and could see everything perfectly. You can take pictures in there so you could do that instead of the DVD.....the Knights cheering banner might be cool, but we all had a great time without the package! Good luck! |

The loyalty package is worth the extra $10 because you will be in the front two rows and have a better view of the show. The banner isn't that great. You also get to be seated before the rest of the folks in your section and a DVD of medieval times. I believe you also get a program for the show. You must browse the swords while you are there. They are Toledo steel. The last time my wife and I went (March), we ended up with the loyalty package (her first time) and a few swords and a shield.

I really enjoy Medieval Times, I've been twice at the Chicago location. My fiance and I tried out this same "package" at our last visit.Honestly, it isn't worth the extra ten bucks! The show is the same from every seat... The cheering banner is a little dinky flag about 1 foot long and 2 inches wide... (I think I threw mine away)... the DVD is just clips of the same type show you will see... But it's filmed at all different Medieval Times across the country and just seems generic.... I don't remember much about the program... So it must not have been that wonderful. I don't want to seem a downer about the whole deal, but honestly you can find other things to get your money's worth for... We ended up having a couple of drinks there (the prices were stiff) $8 a beer, $12 mixed drink., etc. But you get to KEEP the glass!! I found this to be the best souvenir we got there! I still use them!! Have fun!!
