I am in a wedding this weekend and we are making goodie baskets for the bridesmaids. So far we have bath salts, a heating pad, lip gloss, a ice cream cone gift certificate, and we need more ideas! Help me please, we are trying to make these on a pretty strict budget. HELP!

Candy and homemaid treats is an easy way to stuff a bag without breaking the bank. you can make little wedding shaped cookies (like bells, doves, whatever you can manage).you might want to include things they might need that day. cute little tissue packets, nail file, clear nail polish, small mirror, a granola bar for strength. a lot of these items are often forgotten and they have to run around before the ceremony looking for them. oh and a bottle of water is GREAT too.

How about some pretty colored nail polish? I know that can get expensive, but there are some decent ones out there. What about little sachets for drawers or on hangers? Candles? Good luck at your friend's wedding!

I did a similar thing for my bridesmaids. I went to the dollar store and got all kinds of bath products - bubble bath, soap, lotion, etc, and also got them each a pretty notebook and pen, candy, a Christmas ornament (I was married in december), and a picture frame. In the frame, I put a picture of myself with the bridesmaid the basket was for. My main gift for them was a necklace and earrings, but it's definitely possible to make some pretty cute baskets using only things from the dollar store. Just go explore, you should find some great stuff.

put something funny like glow in the dark condoms. (depending on age of bridesmaids). otherwise don't spend the money. the bridesmaids will be happy either way.

Go to the dollar store and get nail files and pedicure supplies, you could also get candies, and candles. All of these things are fairly inexpensive at the dollar store, and if you take the wrappers off no one would know where you got them!
