I prepared a steak dinner for my wife and i used the printed napkins that I saved from our wedding. I also burned a cd with all of our wedding music and played it as we ate dinner. Yes this is the woman who wont give me the time of day anymore...I forgot all about this wonderful thing I did until you asked me the question..thanks alot.

I went to the "special" places we went to when we dated. I took pictures and wrote my thoughts about each moment spent there on the back of each picture. It took me forever! but I managed to put them together and when each line connected with the line on the following picture it all became a love poem for him. I placed glass on both sides and made it a frame on the wall you see when you enter the living room. Only he and I know what it says on the back :)Also I got him a personalized pool stick he uses everytime we go play or when he goes out with the guys.

Here's something creative that will be appreciated and you will have fun doing:Make up a crossword puzzle and have all the hints be personal inside moments and jokes that only you two would know about. Put it on a poster board and add some clipart and some pictures to it!The crossword puzzle could be time consuming and a bit frustrating ... you could do the same idea with a WORDSEARCH or WORDFIND puzzle. Put your computer skills to work! Use Excel, get clipart from Yahoo Images Search, copy them, and reformat them, use a gluestick to put on posterboard. Use graph paper, and pictures from magazines if you are not as good on the computer, and it will give it a homemade feeling.
