My boyfriend is coming home from officer training for the Army in a week. He's been gone for five weeks. I've obviously been bored because I've came up with an extensive list of "welcome-back" gifts for him. Let me first tell you what everything is:- $150 (IOU, he thought I'd never pay him back!)- Jetski rentals for1 hour at a local beach- Gift certificate for a massage at a local spa- A scrapbook w/all of our summer memories- Some 'fun' stuff: massage oil, edible body icing, and lingerie (for me to wear, of course)Is this completely overwhelming to drop all of this on him when he gets home? Or will he be stoked?

If I'd be wearing your bf shoes, I'd rather like just to see you; and some dining out, of course. That would be all.PS Yes, it is excessive; besides it is not worth because that's not the point of your dating.

just do the IOU and the lingerie for now....you can use the message oil on him and the icing while you're at it. that would be a nice gift.keep the rental and certificate for a bit down the line...and the scrapbook for an anniversary or something.

I would put it all in a big basket and give him one gift instead of a bunch of small ones!!

I vote for stoked myself. Stroked comes to mind as well. My question would be though, why the massage at the spa? Why not do it yourself? Then trade the certificate for longer jet ski rentals for you two. Lets see.... Jet skiing while using edible body icing and massage oils while wearing lingerie and.....Uuuuh Am I talking out lowd? Forgive me. I was just day dreamin!
